What You Will Learn

Kentucky is a diverse Commonwealth with many regions and cultural influences. Learn more about what makes Northern Kentucky unique! We will explore what makes Northern Kentucky both similar and different to the rest of Kentucky. There will also be time to ask questions, not only about Northern Kentucky history, but also about Northern Kentucky genealogy sources. Join us to find out about one of Kentucky’s most populous and often misunderstood regions.

Speaker

Dave Schroeder, is a native of Kenton County. He was named Executive Director of the nationally ranked Kenton County Public Library in April 2007.

Schroeder earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Thomas More University in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in History from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science degree in Library Science from the University of Kentucky.
